Last weekend marked our 1 year anniversary of this crazy, awesome sleepover biz idea. We can't believe a year has already past and we're where we are with the most amazing clients and a successful small business.
In the past year we've met some amazing people and made such sweet memories; ones we won't soon forget. Although we could keep going and get all sappy on you, (don't worry...we'll save that for the anniversary of our first set up) we won't. Instead this is more of an appreciation blog post to our families.
Our husbands to our parents and everyone in between--we COULDN'T have even begun to entertain the idea of owning a small business without their support. We are so blessed to be surrounded by such great people in our lives. The sacrifices these people have made for us hasn't gone unnoticed. We are so thankful for each and everyone of them.
And to our clients, thank you just doesn't seem like enough. You have welcomed us into your homes time and time again letting us help you make life-long memories for your child. We don't take that part of our job lightly. Kira and I both feel so honored to plan and execute each and every sleepover making it an experience your child will never forget.
Lastly, to my sweet darling daughter. I hope one day you find this blog post on the internet know how happy you've made me and continue to make me everyday. Your spirit to host friends, gather people together, and create joy is like no other. May you have happiness, and may you find it in making others happy too.
